Votar Partners, like many businesses, have had to implement changes in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to protect staff, clients and the wider community.
As you will appreciate Votar Partners are first and foremost a people-based business. Whilst based in Melbourne, our consultants are currently delivering a broad range of projects in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. All our systems are based in the cloud, and our business is designed around our consultants’ working productively and securely when they are out of the office.
I’m pleased to advise that with the support of our clients our current projects are continuing to be delivered using digital collaboration platforms. This may impact on the timing of projects, but our objective is to ensure all our projects are delivered to our normal, high standards during this period.
In addition to projects being delivered remotely we have been able to provide support to clients who are considering “back office improvements”. Congratulations to these organisations who are using this difficult time to improve their policies, procedures and systems. Historically we don’t advertise engagements, but a few examples include:
- Updates to protected disclosure policy and procedures
- Assessing high-risk business systems for regulatory compliance
- Review of ICT Contracts, Register and SLA’s
